Shipping Costs
I offer flat-rate shipping for all orders within Germany and the European Union (EU), so you’ll know exactly what to expect at checkout.
Germany 🇩🇪
- Flat rate: €2.00 for all standard shipments on orders up to €10.00.
- Flat rate: €5.00 for all standard shipments on orders between €10.01 and €119.99.
- Free shipping for orders over €120.
European Union Countries 🇪🇺
- Flat rate: €5.00 for all standard shipments on orders up to €10.00.
- Flat rate: €15.00 for all standard shipments on orders between €10.01 and €119.99.
- Free shipping for orders over €120.
Shipping costs will be automatically applied at checkout based on the destination.
Delivery Times
I process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Germany: 1-3 business days (via DHL standard shipping)
- European Union Countries: 3-7 business days (via DHL standard shipping)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors like holidays, customs clearance, or courier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, I will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the DHL website or mobile app.
Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes and military addresses: Unfortunately, I do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is valid.
- All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout, so please double-check that your shipping details are correct. I am not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While I do my best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow a few additional days and contact me at hey.nicolemarra@gmail.com for assistance.
In the event of a lost shipment, I will work with DHL to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact me within 7 days of receipt at hey.nicolemarra@gmail.com. Provide your order number and photos of the damage. I will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to me as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the delivery location, I will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred for resending the package.
Environmental Considerations
To minimize the environmental impact of shipping, I use eco-friendly packaging whenever possible. I also encourage thoughtful purchasing to reduce unnecessary returns, which contribute to carbon emissions.
