Refund policy

(Widerrufsrecht)

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify me of your decision to cancel the contract via a clear statement by email at hey.nicolemarra@gmail.com. Please make sure to include the following information:

2. Effects of Withdrawal

Once I receive your cancellation notice, I will reimburse you for all payments received, including delivery charges (except for return shipping costs). The refund will be processed within 14 days from when I am informed of your decision to cancel the order.

I may withhold reimbursement until I have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.


3. Returns

You must return the goods to me no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform me of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Please ensure that the goods are securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipment.

The goods must be in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging wherever possible. I reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been damaged due to improper handling.

Important: I encourage you to make thoughtful purchasing decisions, as unnecessary returns contribute to increased carbon emissions and waste. Online shopping is convenient, but purchasing without being sure of your choice can have a significant negative impact on the environment. Please consider carefully before making a purchase to help reduce unnecessary shipping and returns.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Digital content that has already been downloaded or accessed.


5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of receipt with details and photographic evidence of the damage. I will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible, with no additional costs to you.


6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized.
